Terms of Service

Noise Remover is an online tool that uses AI to remove background noise, hum, echo, and reverb from audio and video files you upload. We may update, improve, or change the service over time.

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Google account secure. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your location) to use the service.

• Processing requires an active paid monthly subscription. Each plan includes a fixed monthly allowance of processing minutes (hours), and files are charged against that allowance.
• Unused minutes do not roll over — your allowance resets at the start of each billing period.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the Stripe billing portal; access continues until the end of the current period.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the plan you select and any applicable taxes.
• We may change pricing; changes apply to future billing periods and we will give reasonable notice.

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us.

You retain all rights to the files you upload and the cleaned files you receive. You grant us a limited license to store, transmit, and process your files solely to provide the service to you (including sending them to our processing provider). We do not use your content to train AI models.

You agree that you will not:

• Upload content you don’t own or have the rights to process.
• Use the service for unlawful, infringing, or harmful purposes.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, overload, or circumvent limits of the service (including the minutes allowance).
• Resell or provide the service to third parties except as expressly permitted.

The service relies on third parties including Cleanvoice AI, Google Firebase, and Stripe. Your use may also be subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their services.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any specific output quality, that processing will remove all noise, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above; continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
