Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 8, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information Noise Remover (“we”, “us”) collects when you use our website and audio/video noise-removal service, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

  • Account information. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, and profile photo.
  • Files you upload. The audio and video files you submit for processing, and the cleaned files we produce for you.
  • Usage & billing data. Your subscription tier, minutes used, job history, and billing status. Payments are handled by Stripe — we never see or store your full card details.
  • Technical data. Basic device, browser, and log information, and analytics events used to operate and improve the service.

2. How we use your information

  • To provide the service — upload, clean, store, and let you download your files.
  • To authenticate you and secure your account.
  • To manage your subscription, enforce your monthly minutes, and process payments.
  • To provide support and respond to your requests.
  • To monitor, maintain, and improve the reliability and quality of the service.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your audio or video to train AI models.

3. Service providers

We share data only with the processors needed to run the service, each bound by their own terms and privacy commitments:

  • Cleanvoice AI — performs the noise-removal processing on your files.
  • Google Firebase — authentication, file storage, and database.
  • Stripe — subscription billing and payments.
  • Our hosting and infrastructure providers.

4. File storage & retention

Uploaded files are transmitted to our processing provider and the cleaned result is stored in your account so you can download it. You can delete a file at any time from your History, which removes it from our storage. We retain account and billing records for as long as your account is active or as required for legal and accounting purposes.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing (for example under GDPR or CCPA). You can delete individual files yourself, or contact us to request account deletion.

6. Cookies & analytics

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to operate the app, and privacy-respecting analytics to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest with our infrastructure providers, and access is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

8. International transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including where our service providers operate. We rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

9. Children

The service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
